Adam owns a fitness centre (Chapel Fitness) and is a National Partner Manager for AAPT and former Channels Sales Manager for SingTel Optus. He is often called upon by the Australian Institute of Fitness to speak to recent graduates on how to best differentiate students in the professional arena of the health and fitness industry. Short Bio of Speaker

Adam Lacey knows how to overcome adversity and achieve. He was brought up in a fragmented and abusive domestic environment and went on to finance himself through Caulfield Grammar School and then as a boarder at Ballarat Grammar School.

Adam was elected School Captain and was Head of both university and school debating teams. Adam was then selected to join the Army at the Australian Defence Force Academy before wanting to travel as an independent person. He spent three years in Austria and traveling Europe as a ski instructor before coming back to Australia to study Public Relations at RMIT while working at GTV 9. Adam worked on shows such as: The Footy Show, The Price is Right, IMT and Hey Hey It’s Saturday. After completing university Adam commenced a career in sales where he is now primary sales/life motivational speaker for over 125 business partners of AAPT.

Adam is currently employed as National Partner Manager and competes in Olympic Distance Triathlons, plays State grade Waterpolo and breeds guppies. Adam is 33 years old and owns a fitness centre (Chapel Fitness). He is often called upon by the Australian Institute of Fitness to speak to recent graduates on how to best differentiate students in the professional arena of the health and fitness industry.
