Short Bio of Speaker
Who I have developed into has been a process of applying the knowledge that is available to us all.
The application of knowledge in my daily life is my strength.
For a decade in the 80’s I was an executive in a private commercial development company, building and running shopping centers and office towers, very exciting, very challenging, very stressful. Come the 90’s I had already sold off my position via the recession and I went into direct selling(finance). It was here that I was introduced to a real understanding of how the mind works and how much our results and lives are determined by our thoughts. Through the belief I developed by using this information I commenced learning to become a public speaker in 96.
I failed twice as I overcame my own barriers and each time I used all the material I was teaching and regained both my mental and physical health to work at this level. Everything I talk about have applied and experienced, yes, it does work!
The respect and love that I now receive is recognition of the application of the knowledge that we all have.

Synopsis of Presentation: The workshops and seminars that I have created allow the audience to first accept that they already have the know how to change and improve their results. Then my real work begins by instilling an understanding of the change process and allow everyone to recognise an area of their development that requires immediate attention. The final step is to emotionally move people to make the move and begin practicing and master a new productive habit or behaviour.
Most people are generally in a negative state of mind trying to achieve positive results, a wake up call is required.
Who Should Attend: Open to all, although it is specifically suited to people who are looking to take a step forward or for companies that need to shake up their employees.
How you will benefit: The attendee as documented in my feedback forms definitely recognises that they can change and improve, my work is to see that it happens. I don’t care how slow as long as people are moving forward.
